Change is a strange thing. Sometimes organizations want it even when they say they do not. Sometimes organizations know they need it but don’t know how to make it stick. For many organizations, such is the case around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). How do you manage change that will stick? This session will discuss why DEI efforts fail and ways to ensure that your DEI effort is not just a social justice initiative but an organizational performance initiative.
